The Ghana Holiday Getaway is an exciting 10-day tour that takes place from December 28, 2023, to January 6, 2024.

The tour includes visits to top attractions such as Accra City Tour, Cape Coast Castle, Kakum National Park, Elmina Castle, Kumasi, Bonwire Kente Weaving Village, and more.

Additionally, the tour is filled with vibrant Ghanaian nightlife experiences such as traditional Ghanaian dinners, live music performances, and visits to local bars and clubs.

You will receive guidance on visa information and when and where to buy your plane ticket.

The tour includes accommodations, transportation, meals, and all entrance fees to attractions, and travelers will be accompanied by an experienced guide.

(All deposits are non-refundable. You will receive an email with additional instructions and information on how to pay your balance.)

Terms and Conditions: Ghana Holiday Getaway

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for the Ghana Holiday Getaway:

Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your spot on the trip.
Full payment is due 12/20/23 prior to the trip departure.
All payments can be made through the designated payment methods provided by the tour organizer.

Cancellations and Refunds:

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Since reservations and arrangements are made on your behalf, we do not refund deposits or payments.
In the event that you need to cancel your participation in the trip, please notify us as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule you to a future trip, but this is not a guarantee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.

Changes and Alterations:

Direct Your Purpose reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodations, and activities due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
Every effort will be made to ensure that any changes made do not significantly affect the overall experience of the trip.

Exemption from Liability:

Direct Your Purpose and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay incurred by participants during the trip. (Travel Insurance is encouraged)
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential losses or accidents.
Direct Your Purpose and its affiliates are not responsible for any expenses, losses, or damages incurred as a result of circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.

Travel Documents and Health:

Participants are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. (Travel guidance on obtaining a visa or purchasing airline tickets will be provided.)
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure compliance with all health requirements and recommendations for the destination.

Conduct and Compliance:

Participants are expected to behave responsibly, respect local customs, and follow the instructions and guidelines provided by Direct Your Purpose.
Direct Your Purpose reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip if their behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a threat to the well-being of other participants or the smooth operation of the tour.

By registering for the Ghana Holiday Getaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated above.
